Maple Salmon Burgers

  • ¾+ pound fresh Salmon fillet (skin removed)
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Maple ginger marinade (Jed's)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika


Add Salmon to bowl of food processor and pulse until some what ground. Move to bowl and add remaining ingredients. Form into two nice patties and place in refridgerator to firm up for 10 minutes. Grill in pan for about 6 - 7 minutes each side or until nicely tanned on both sides. Touch with a little more Jed's Maple Ginger marinade when flipping burger. Melt cheese if desired. Serve on fresh Ciabatta roll with red onion and lettuce.
