Vermont Maple Wing Sauce

Ingredients

• ¹⁄₃ cup Teriyaki Sauce (Kikkoman)
• 1 cup Soy Sauce (Kikkoman)
• 2 Tbl Minced Garlic in Oil
• 1 Tbl Garlic Powder
• 1 Tbl Onion Powder
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 cup Jed's Maple Syrup (grade C)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with wire whip. Place ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a LIGHT boil. Reduce heat, and continue to boil lightly for 5 minutes (watch continually and don’t let boil over). Remove from heat and allow to cool.
