Maple Gingerbread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Jed's Grade A Dark Amber or Grade B Pure VT Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve with butter, or even better with Jed’s Maple Cream!!
