Jed's Maple Recipes

RB's "Q" Sauce

1 cup cola
1 cup tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Jed's Maple Sugar & Pepper
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried summer savory
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons or more hot sauce

In a cast iron pot, mix all ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Cook over low heat for about 20-30 minutes, or until thick. Serve at room temperature.
