Jed's Maple Recipes

Maple Dijon Sauce

(from Ground Round®)

1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1 cup Jed's Maple Syrup

Mix all ingredients together with wire whip. Place ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a LIGHT boil. Reduce heat, and continue to boil lightly for 5 minutes (Watch continually and don't let boil over). Remove from heat and allow to cool.
