Jed's Maple Recipes
- 4 oz. Jed's Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
- 1 heaping teaspoon Corn Starch
- 1 Pizza Crust
- 1 cup Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
Bring the maple syrup to a boil. Whisk in corn starch and continue heating to 230°. Spread on crust and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. This is equally good served warm or cold. We usually serve it as either an appetizer or as a dessert. Enjoy!
