Jed's Maple Recipes
Maple Jellied Carrots
- 2 lb. whole carrots
- 4 Tbl butter
- 3/4 jar Jed's Maple Jelly (add more to taste)

Peel carrots and par boil. Carefully remove from water and cut in half lengthwise. In large frying pan or casserole dish melt butter and add carrots. Add jelly and simmer. Turn occasionally until nicely glazed and carrots are fork tender. (I did mine in frying pan and transferred to a casserole and kept warm in oven until ready to serve).
