Jed's Maple Recipes

Maple Gingerbread

1 egg
1 cup Jed's Grade A Dark Amber or Grade B Pure VT Maple Syrup
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Serve with butter, or even better with Jed’s Maple Cream!!
